by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use
the App.

Diver Hub is designed to connect commercial divers and dive supervisors
(“Divers”) with commercial diving companies (“Companies”) by displaying Diver
availability and relevant professional information.

User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work as a commercial
diver or dive supervisor in your jurisdiction to use this App.
4.
Account Registration and
Information
4.1 Divers are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and
professional information, which may include:
- Full name
- Contact details
- Certifications and qualifications
- Work history and availability
- Medical and fitness declarations (where applicable)

You agree to keep your
information updated at all times.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials.

Use of Personal Information
5.1 By using Diver Hub, you consent to your personal and professional
information being shared with Companies seeking to engage Divers.
5.2 The App acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not control how
Companies use your information once shared.
5.3 While reasonable steps are taken to protect your data, the App cannot
guarantee absolute security.
6.
No Employment Guarantee
6.1 Diver Hub does not guarantee job placement, engagement, or availability of
work.
6.2 Any agreement for work is solely between the Diver and the Company.
6.3 The App is not a party to any employment or contractual arrangements formed
through its use.
7.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Misrepresent your qualifications or certifications
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with the operation or security of Diver Hub
8.
Verification and Compliance
8.1 Diver Hub may, but is not obligated to, verify certifications or
credentials.
8.2 Divers are solely responsible for ensuring their qualifications are valid
and compliant with applicable laws and industry standards.
8.3 Companies are responsible for independently verifying Diver credentials
before engagement.
9.
Liability Disclaimer
9.1 Diver Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9.2 The App is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of user-provided information
- The conduct of Divers or Companies
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from engagements arranged through the App
9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diver Hub disclaims all liability arising from use of the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diver Hub’s liability for any claim arising
out of or relating to the use of the App is limited to the amount (if any) paid
by you to use the App.
11. Suspension and Termination
Diver Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its
discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Diver Hub are owned by the App
operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may
not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
13. Amendments to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Diver Hub after
changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App
operator is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
